Fair use
- Only call numbers you have a legitimate reason to reach — your GP, a helpline, a booking line. Don't use Ring Again to harass, pester or flood any number or person.
- UK and Irish numbers only. Premium-rate, service and emergency numbers are blocked.
- Sessions are limited in attempts and duration, and accounts are limited per day. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
- Only register a phone number you own. We confirm this with a code sent by text or automated call, and again if you switch on "Show my number".
No guarantees
We try our best to get you through, but we can't promise the line will answer, that an appointment will be available, or that a call will connect without delay. Ring Again is not an emergency service: in an emergency call 999 or 112.
Charges
- Your first successful connection is free. After that, connections are bought in packs through the App Store or Google Play — currently four connections for £2.99. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- A connection is used only when a call reaches the number you asked for, you are put through and you stay on the call for at least a minute. That includes being connected into a queue system. Engaged tones, no answers, time-outs, missed ring-backs and short recorded messages don't use one.
- Connections don't expire. They're attached to your account in the app; if you reinstall or change phone, use "Restore a previous purchase" while signed in to the same Apple or Google account.
- To keep the service sustainable, Hold the line waits for up to three minutes. If the number is still engaged after that, or you hang up, we end the hold call, switch to Ring me back and keep dialling.
- Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. If a connection was taken in error, email support@futureproofsales.io and we'll put it right.
Your account
Your account is anonymous and tied to the app on your phone. Settings › Delete my data removes it, along with everything described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FutureProof Sales LTD is not liable for missed appointments, call costs charged by third parties, or indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
